Sussex Runny Honey

Description

Created by bees from a mix of flowers, and ethically sourced from apiaries across Sussex.

This small batch honey is not blended, making each jar unique to the individual apiary (or even hive) from which it comes. For this reason honey lovers can look forward to subtle differences in taste and colour from one jar to another, and a truly local taste experience.

The raw honey is not heat pasteurised and only minimally filtered so it retains the benefits that the bees and nature intended.

The soft set honey has the smooth consistency of butter and is perfect on toast or crumpets.

Raw honey is not suitable for babies under 12 months.
