Booker Harrison are dairy farmers and cheesemakers on the Surrey-Sussex border, midway between Guildford and Horsham.
Sussex Charmer Cheese, made from their own grass-fed cows’ milk, combines mature farmhouse cheddar with an Italian-style hard cheese. It has won multiple GOLD awards at the International Cheese Awards (2008–2023) and Best British Cheddar at the Quality Food Awards 2017.
Also producing Twineham Grange, the UK’s only Vegetarian Society Approved Italian-style hard cheese, and Southdown Butter, supplying shops, restaurants, wholesalers, and supermarkets across the UK and beyond.
Their ventures include Sussex Charmer Cheese on Toast Trailers at prestigious South East events and The Milk Churn Coffee Shop, featuring local produce. In 2023, Booker Harris Farm were named Countryside Alliance South East Local Food and Drink Champion.
